Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct all recruiting efforts for the Latin America team supporting software engineering profiles for Mexico.
  • Create and implement a staffing business strategy to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and client management.
  • Manage and inspire a team to deliver results across a regional and functional area while effectively communicating critical dimensions of staffing business plans with global leadership teams and support organizations.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
  • 3 years of experience recruiting for software engineers in Mexico.
  • 3 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client and applicant relationship management in this region.
